Finolex CPVC Brass fittings as per ASTM D-2846 - Reducing Elbow Brass Insert is used to connect two CPVC pipes of varying diameters. The plastic threaded portion interior screws in comfortably between a high-pressure bearing pipe and a thinner, lower-pressure bearing pipe without causing unnecessary friction in the plumbing system.
